Great New Car Buying Experience I have been a customer of Star for almost 10 years. My service rep, Bill Lindsay, has always done a wonderful job fitting me in for service appointmen I have been a customer of Star for almost 10 years. My service rep, Bill Lindsay, has always done a wonderful job fitting me in for service appointments and advising me on how to best maintain an aging car. My 2002 Buick Rendezvous was approaching 100,000 miles, so I decided to test drive several new SUVs. After visiting many dealers and driving several cars, I was most impressed with Star Buick GMC sales, service, and vehicles (as I expected). David Patino, the sales rep I worked with, was excellent. He let me test drive several cars, discussed many options, and helped me decide on the vehicle I eventually purchased - a 2014 Buick Encore. David did an super job continuing to make me comfortable with this dealership. Thanks so much! More

Quick and easy with no haggling. My husband researched for about 2 years, and would visit the Star lot once a month to check out their newest GMC pick up trucks. He finally found a tr My husband researched for about 2 years, and would visit the Star lot once a month to check out their newest GMC pick up trucks. He finally found a truck in Maryland, and after a six hour round trip, realized that that the dealer was not a good fit. A quick visit to Star GMC yielded the results that we wanted. Marcos went above and beyond to find my husband the truck of his dreams for the payment we could afford. Marcos knew the trucks from grill to tailgate, and refrained from telling us "fun facts" which was a plus. I highly recommend Marcos Nascimento as your next new truck salesman. More

The Acadia had caught our ey My husband and I were thinking about purchasing a new SUV and on a whim, we stopped at Star Buick to simply look around. The Acadia had caught our eye and we wanted to see one up close and personal. As we strolled around the lot, Adam wandered our way and instantly became our new BFF. Adam was courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable about the Acadia. There happened to be one sitting nearby and it was love at first sight, although I suspect Adam caught the twinkle in our eyes right away. He encouraged us to take a look, showing us all the bells and whistles.... and we soon became one with this shiny silver vehicle. Adam walked us through the rest and the next day, my husband returned and bought it. Adam made it easy and painless and his engaging smile didn't hurt either. Happy Thanksgiving indeed!!! Derrick is the best!!!! I absolutely love Derrick! I arrived at the dealership friday night just before closing, and that's when I met Derrick. He was beyond friendly and helpful, and willing to stay late. I dedided to come back Saturday morning, and when I did, Derrick had hand picked a car for me, and had it up front waiting for a test drive. That ended up being the car I chose.
