Adam Mihalko was my sales rep and he treated me as if he knew me for years. He made me feel confident and comfortable with the purchase that I was making. In regards to explaining the vehicle Adam was very knowledgeable, efficient, a good listener, knew the car in detail, a good sense of humor, very professional, very caring. He made me so informed of the vehicle I felt like I could sell a car. The managers at Star were very nice as well. They comforted me and also explained the vehicle and the warranties to me in a way that I understood everything. They say in life to shoot for the moon and if you miss its ok because atleast you will land amongst the Stars (Star Dealership). Trying to make a quick buck. Went in in August to get inspected, as well as, an oil/FILTER change and a recall issue fixed. I left satisfied with the service. September rolls around and I have another recall issue. I make another appointment. I received a phone call saying my service was complete and I needed my filter changed. I told them that I just had it in a month ago and the oil and filter were already changed. Right away the man says, "You don't have to have the service performed if you don't want." I then went out and double checked to make sure they actually changed the filter in the first place. Thankfully, they did. Why in the world would I want my filter changed when it was just changed not even a month ago. Clearly he was trying to make a quick $50 bucks off me. They probably get away with this sort of thing all the time. Extremely sneaky. What happened to honesty? More

The team there got me a Used GMC Terrain, for almost the price i wanted, and got enterprise to pick up my rental i was driving, right there at the dealership which was cool. The car doesn't get the mileage everyone said it would but its kind of close. I bought a car from Flemington Chevrolet before this and their customer service was an abomination, but these guys took good care of me and I hope the customer service stays good through the service end of the car. I usually don't like to submit these until after a couple months, but the dealership keeps emailing me about it. More

Our first test drive with a Chevy HHR and we were hooked. We drove the car away in a few hours!! No problem with our trade in, we talked with Mark in financial services and we were on our way! The warranty is unbelievable and everyone we dealt with was warm and friendly. The manager, Keith, gave us a welcome gift tote and made us feel we made the right choice with STAR. Later that week we stopped by to drop off some things and Luis was the first to greet us and make sure everything was OK. Needed to bring the car back for a recall that was ordered and again-smooth and satisfying. We are telling everyone what a great experience it was. More
