Nev was incredibly personable, respectful, and honest. He never tried to sugar-coat anything, always gave me straight up answers, and if he didn't know an answer, he would be honest, and then go find out. Also, he never tried to push me towards a different vehicle. I went in, he met me, his personalities made the transaction a more comfortable conversation. At first, we couldn't come to an agreement, as the vehicle I wanted to trade was not as desireable by dealerships as I had thought. After I had sold the car, I contacted Nev again, and we went through most of the details via text message and over the phone. When I got there to make my final purchase, he and Sean were able to meet me at a fair price, and I drove out of there with a great car after a great car-buying experience. Even if I hadn't been able to buy the car I wanted, I'm confident that thanks to Nev's great personality and honesty that I would returned for a different vehicle down the road, and I recommend him to friends and family alike. As we all know shopping for a vehicle is usually a dreaded thing to do. After looking on the internet and finding what i wanted was pretty simple. I called the dealership and spoke to Pat Gruhler on the telephone and i explained what i was looking for. She invited me down to the dealership and has been absolutely wonderful ever since. She is excellent to work with, she is kind and very professional as well as her knowledge of the GMC products. Not once did she pressure me into anything. She worked very hard to get the deal that I wanted and she did! She is a very nice lady and would highly recommend her to everyone I know. I know for now on i will be telling everyone i know that they should go down to Star GMC and speak to her. More
