Shopping for a car has always been very stressful.However, my husband's and my auto shopping experience at Star Buick was very enjoyable. I initially started looking for a car on the internet. I talked with Sophia Trinkley. the internet manager at Star Buick. She was very helpful,courteous and positive that the dealership could meet our needs. I finally made an appointment at Star Buick. My husband and I were introduced to a car salesmen, Marcos Nascimento.He exceeded our expectations.At no time did we feel any car pressure. Marcos was knowledgeable, answered our questions truthfully and delivered a car which met our needs at a fair price.Marcos was professional, courteous, helpful and friendly. He is absolutely an asset to Star Buick. We also had the pleasure of working with Keith Muir, the manager at Star Buick He exhibited the same exemplary qualities.My husband and I would definitely purchase another car at Star Buick and would recommend others to this dealership, requesting Marcos Nascimento.as the salesman. My overall experience at Star was a very good one. The staff were friendly and patient. I have bought/leased cars before. Told Marcos I did not want to spend hours at the dealership haggling over prices, etc. My experience was tremendous. I left the dealership two days later in a new car and want to spend hours at the dealership haggling over prices, etc. My experience was tremendous. I left the dealership two days later in a new car and a monthly payment lower than what I had been paying. So impressed with the outcome, I went back a few days later and leased another car; a lower monthly payment and completely happy. Marcos was at all times professional; received no statements like "what can we do to put you in this car today." since I had bought a used car from Star 2 1/2 years ago I was familiar with their setup.(service, etc) Since one of the cars (1st) was for my wife, it was her choice as to the color, etc. I was able to take the car home; wife drove it and was delighted with it. Have already recommended this dealership to several friends as well as things they need to look at with the new Buick Verano. More

I thought that Sophia was very nice and friendly online & on the phone, made it easy for me to feel comfortable going to the dealership.I thought it was nice that she sent me a birthdaycard online. Nev, what can I say about Nev?? He was such a great person that I almost forgot he was a salesman.He was friendly, honest,patient, and not at ALL pushy! He made my buying experience wonderful.The reason I put "good" for the pricing was because who wouldnt want to spend less. But, I know Nev gave me a very GOOD deal! We were in an accident which totalled our lovely Lacrosse. We came to Star as this is where our Lacrosse was purchased. We met Mark originally and discussed purchasing another Lacrosse. He had a Lacrosse. We came to Star as this is where our Lacrosse was purchased. We met Mark originally and discussed purchasing another Lacrosse. He had a customer arrive and had to leave us but he introduced us to Ben. Ben was a bit nervous but answered all our questions, took us out in the new Lacrosse which was great and we discussed prices. The new Lacrosse was a bit more than we wanted to spend and Ben tried hard to get us a good deal. However, I had seen a Regal in the showroom and asked if we could go for a test drive in a Regal. Ben immediately found us a 2011 Regal and we took a ride. We were impressed with all the features and also the price as we got a discount for the it being a demo with 3,000 miles on it. We then settled the purchase and are still pleased with this car. Ben was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and had a great sense of humour. We enjoyed our experience with Star again and would ask for Ben to help us with any new purchase in the future. More
IT REALLY WAS EASY TO PURCHASE THE VEHICLE FROM STAR. I SAW THE AD IN A CAR SHOPPING GUIDE AND CALLED ABOUT IT. BEN WALSH WAS THE SALESMAN THAT I GOT ON THE PHONE. I ASKED IF THE VEHICLE WAS STILL THERE SAW THE AD IN A CAR SHOPPING GUIDE AND CALLED ABOUT IT. BEN WALSH WAS THE SALESMAN THAT I GOT ON THE PHONE. I ASKED IF THE VEHICLE WAS STILL THERE AND HE SAID YES SO I WENT DOWN TO LOOK AT IT. HE GAVE ME ALL APPLICABLE REBATES SO I GOT THE VEHICLE FOR THE ADVERTISED PRICE. HE EVEN FOLLOWED ME TO MY WORK SO THE OWNER OF MY BUSINESS COULD SIGN OFF ON THE PAPERWORK. NOW THAT IS GOING THE EXTRA MILE LITERALLY!!! OVERALL VERY EASY PROCESS AND A GOOD JOB ON BEN'S PART.
