Not very honest The first day I went to the dealership, I had an appointment to see a SUV ,after waiting about an hour for the salesman to try and find the vehicle, h The first day I went to the dealership, I had an appointment to see a SUV ,after waiting about an hour for the salesman to try and find the vehicle, he tells me that 2 employees took the vehicle for a long ride and would be back by 3-4 pm. The salesman finally calls back and says the vehicle won’t be back until 5-6 . I’m glad I didn’t go at 4 because I would of sat there for hours again . 2nd day I’m back to see vehicle I did like the vehicle previous owner took care of it I could tell . Long story short, I was ready to purchase , I took from about 3 pm to about 8 pm to make this deal They promise you everything , then after you sign all the papers , it’s not what they promised. I drive vehicle home next morning light bulb out take it back 4 hours later it’s done , we put a bulb in at no charge to you they say , haha. I get in to leave then stop my self and check all lights , the headlights don’t work now , Back in it goes. Another hour of my time , it’s finally done . 3 days later my husband put new shocks in back , found a screw in both back tires , what next . I’ve alway bought used vehicles my whole life , this one was the worst experience. More
