Great customer service! We had started our search for a car on line. I came across this pretty Ford taurus, but it was 3 and a half hours away. I contacted Rachel at Star Bu We had started our search for a car on line. I came across this pretty Ford taurus, but it was 3 and a half hours away. I contacted Rachel at Star Buick. She said she thought it was being purchased by someone else and she would get back to me. Well a week later she called and said it was indeed available. I told her we were quite a ways away and was very interested. We discussed price and how much I wanted to give. She called me right back and I told her would be there on Saturday. We started out early in the morning and drove right to the dealership. We were met in the lot by Adam. He found us a parking space right up front and said let get you to the restrooms!! He offered us drinks and we met Rachel. My husband tried out the car and it was everything we were expecting! Clean well taken care of. We even got to meet the previous owner, who happened to work there! We got to ask him lots of questions! All this time being pampered by Adam. Bringing us more drinks and telling us where the best places to eat locally. The transaction went very smoothly!! It was fast easy by far the best car purchase we ever had!! We were sent off by many staff! It was a great day all together! I would recommend this dealership, the online staff and of course Adam for making us feel like family!! More

Friendly & Reliable I loved my Acadia, but knew that it was probably time to begin looking towards updating. After speaking with my service rep, Tim, he helped to answer questions about my search. When I was ready to begin looking, he connected me with Adam Mihalko. At our initial meeting, Adam was extremely helpful in discussing my options and going over features to aid in my decision-making. After deciding what I wanted, I went back to Adam and he helped to put me into my new Acadia. The entire process went very smoothly because he was upfront from the get-go and I never felt pressured into doing anything that I didn't want to do. Every step was explained, paperwork was completed in a timely fashion and I look forward to driving away in my new vehicle this afternoon. More

Fast Service I had a nail in my tire on the way home from work. I called and the service center fit the repair into their schedule right away.
