Mixed review very poor but two helpful employees at end My husband and I took our truck to have a possible antifreeze leak fixed. This was handled and my husband received a call that they took it thru the c My husband and I took our truck to have a possible antifreeze leak fixed. This was handled and my husband received a call that they took it thru the car wash at the location and the roof of the truck had damage. This truck is treated exceptional by my husband.at all times like his baby and they expressed they would fix the damages. When completed we went to pick up and scratch/gash was still visible. Bill in service sent to the collision center and my husband was spoke to in a rude condescending manner frollowed by this employee irrate swinging arms arguely with attitude along with him speaking unprofessional to my husband. He did not walk down to dealership to followup simply told him to handle the problem with other department.i can tell you the one gentleman at end who helped had a touch of class of sweatshirt on. He was the most professional employee we dealt with and took time to calm down the problem and he was working with the Bill in service who was always top notch.Bill knows the name of body management. His behavior was beyond unprofessional and I would suggest he is sent to a class on dealing with customers. I work with public and it definitely needs attention More

GMC Dream finally realized. So since 2010 when I bought my first Chevy Silverado I have been waiting for the day when I could upgrade to a GMC Sierra HD and the luck of the Irish So since 2010 when I bought my first Chevy Silverado I have been waiting for the day when I could upgrade to a GMC Sierra HD and the luck of the Irish was with me when on St Patrick's day, I found what I was looking for at Star. A 2016 3500 Denali in near prestine condition became mine and with it a lifetime powertrain warranty. Adam was great and I would recommend anyone looking for a GMC or Buick that they go to Star and ask for Adam. More
