This was our first experience with Star Buick GMC. We learned of them through searching the net for a particular vehicle we were looking for, and they happened to have a potential "Keeper" for us. I was very apprehensive at first, not knowing anyone at the dealer. Once there we met Adam Mihalko. I can't say enough about Adam as our sales guy. He was outstanding. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. Just great, accommodating service. It sounds like a cliche, but we hit it off like this guys been our buddy for years. And trust me, I'm a skeptical type of personality. We ended up purchasing the vehicle we were interested in, for a price that we were comfortable with. No hassles. Just civil, relaxed negotiations. Great experience On Friday 2/16/2018 I went to the dealership to look at a used car I had seen online. I was walking around the car looking when a young man walked up to me and asked if I needed help. I recognized him immediately, Adam Mihalko, a former student of mine when he was in elementary school. After the initial pleasantries we got down to business. I told him I knew he was there, he had been recommended to me by another teacher who had bought cars from him. He talked to me about the used car, asked what I was looking for and then showed me a new car. I was sure that the new car was not in the budget, but he assured me he could get me a better deal. And a better deal was had. Adam guided me through the process, got me every rebate, incentive, and deal available, he even provided my daughter with a huge balloon in her favorite shade of pink! I am now driving a new car and loving it. Adam isn't the only shining STAR at STAR Car Buick of Easton, Ryan Anderson in the business office made the lease process easy and without stress. Easiest process ever. My lease was about to run out so I called and talked to Ryan Anderson who gave me my buyout price which 2 other people I talked to were unable. Ryan was quick and very helpful. The next day I went online to look and get some ideas. I got hooked up with Rachel Farrell. I told her what I was interested in and the truck number. By the time I got to the dealership Rachel had the truck pulled up front and waiting for me to look at. She knew I was short on time and made everything as easy as possible for me to return to work. I returned after work and she introduced me to Adam Mihalko my salesman. He made the whole process as easy and as painless as possible. I get nervous in these situations but he was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable like talking to a friend not someone I just met. He answered all my questions and helped get everything switched over for me in a timely manner which I appreciate. I will be sure to tell others looking for a truck to ask for Adam. I also got to deal with Greg Smith who helped put everything together for me and got me walking out the door in a new 2018 Sierra. You guys are a great team and thank you for helping me out.
