Absolutely worth the trip, for a great deal I began looking for a new 2018 Buick Enclave at the beginning of the year. I decided to use the car buying service provided by USAA, which is my insur I began looking for a new 2018 Buick Enclave at the beginning of the year. I decided to use the car buying service provided by USAA, which is my insurance company. After receiving multiple contacts from dealerships in the surrounding area where I live in New York offering me deals, I was contacted by Star Buick GMC and spoke with Greg and John Grello. It should be noted that Star Buick is over two hours and in excess of 100 miles from where I live. Initially, I was a little hesitant about purchasing a car from a dealership two hours away from where I live, but decided to find out what kind of deal they were willing to offer. I told Greg exactly what color and specific options I wanted on the Enclave and to let me know what the purchase price would be at Star Buick GMC. Although Greg did not have the Enclave I was looking for at the dealership, he was able to locate the exact vehicle I wanted within two hours and told me he could have it at the dealership that evening. I discussed the purchase price for the Enclave with both Greg and John, who from the first conversation I had with them made me feel very comfortable and were extremely easy to work with. Greg and John are honest, sincere and have the intergraty you don't often find at a dealership when purchasing a new car. After just a few phone calls with Greg and John, I was able to workout a "GREAT" deal, which was much better, by far, than any of the other deals I had been offered. I can definitely say that Greg is true to his word and the deal he offers you is exactly the price you will pay when you purchase a vehicle from Star Buick GMC. The next day my wife and I made the the two hour trip to the dealership where we were met by Greg, John and Dylan Gray. Dylan was the salesman who handled all the paperwork for the purchase of the new Enclave and demonstrated all the unique features of the car. Dylan was also extremely professional and courteous, as we finalized the paperwork. I can honestly say that my entire experience is unquestionably one of the best I have ever had when buying a new car. If you are looking for a new Buick or GMC you should definitely give Greg or John a call and talk to them to see what kind of deal they can offer, no matter how far you live from the dealership. I firmly believe that you will not be disappointed and you will have the same great experience that I had. More
