Best car buying expierence! I am so glad I invested my time and money w/ Star Buick and GMC. Not to mention working with Adam to find the right car for me. I went to a total of 4 other dealerships and boy am I glad I came here. Adam was the most straight forward out of all of them. No sales gimmicks, no pressure, honest, and extremely helpful. Bottom line he's here to help you get the car you like and within your budget. You just can't go wrong with this company. They offer a lifetime power train warrenty w/ all vehicles that are not sold as is (there is only a few on the lot). That right there blows a lot of other buisnesses out of the water! May I just say I stopped at Koch 33 and spoke to a sales manager named Nick. I was interested in a Toyota Corolla sport, however it was in an accident. It received two alignments in 4 months one before the accident and one after. There was no information to the extent of the accident. Long story short the guy lied to me about the reasoning for why they were so close together. I did not get the best feeling about the guy mostly because he was not honest. He was the real life representation of a slimy car salesmen except from a well established dealership! Trying to use all the tricks in the book. Guy even pulled out a paint density meter and all to try and put my suspicions to rest. Even thought the paint was denser on the passenger side front and rear fender indicating it was repainted and potentially damaged( factory painted cars are equal throughout whole vehicle). Tried telling me it was fine. You'd think you wouldnt find that type of service at a facility like that. You won't get that kind of service from Star Buick GMC. End of story is if you want an honest expierence with a great sales representative from a top notch facility come here and visit Adam. If you don't believe me stop in for yourself. You can't go wrong. More

We got zero guidance from the salesman. At Star, we were approached by Chad and he explained all of our options. We found a truck we liked and were shocked at the deal we were offered right at the start. Buying cars has been exhausting for us in the past.
