He showed us the truck and went on a test drive with us. There was a mixup with some work that was supposed to be done to the vehicle. They did the work to the vehicle and fixed a few other things. While we waited Brandon bought us dinner and got me even more for my trade in! Overall a great experience considering it could have gone badly. More

I love my Buick!! I've been buying vehicles from Star since 2013, this was my third vehicle purchase, and Adam by far topped the salesman from the past 2 purchases. He was upfront and honest and helped us find a vehicle that would work for our family as well as our budget!! He took the time to show us the capabilities of the vehicle and even offered a refresher course should we need it later on. We appreciate everything you did for us Adam! Thank you 😊 More
BEWARE: STAR GMC CAN BE VERY HAZARDOUS TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT! BEWARE BUYERS: DISHONESTY can be very, very COSTLY! To get the work van we needed and wanted, it cost over $46,080 for a van that should have cost us BEWARE BUYERS: DISHONESTY can be very, very COSTLY! To get the work van we needed and wanted, it cost over $46,080 for a van that should have cost us $35,963 including all taxes, tags, finance charges, etc. We made the huge mistake of going to Star Buick GMC in Easton, and dealt with salesman, Steve Puccio. Our story is as follows: I worked with Steve to purchase a specific cargo van for our business, as we already owned 2 GMC's vans, so we knew what we wanted. Steve told us that they were not available and GM didn't make them anymore. The GM part was true, however Steve did not complete the sentence to say that they were not available to him. The day we purchased the new van, I asked Steve again, while in the waiting room with my son, and he assured me there were none. We returned home to find messages for the van we wanted. We bought the van on Saturday, so on Monday we did find there were many other vans available that were what we were looking for. Tuesday we took the new van back and asked for our money back because it wasn't what we wanted and we had been misled and told what we wanted wasn't available. The managers said it was a "misunderstanding" and that Steve meant "unavailable to him". This is simply deceitful, underhanded and NOT TRUE! They further said it was not their policy to take a vehicle back. The manager at Star also lied to the representatives at GM Corporate, who called them on our behalf, telling them it was an emissions issue. Again, NOT TRUE! Meanwhile, I had told Steve on Monday that we didn't want the van and why, and wanted to return it. I told him that I and other dealerships had found the vans. I further said, if he had looked around and hadn't deceived us or misled us, he would have found the vans , too. Hours later after telling Steve this, I started receiving numerous texts and phone messages from Steve, with information about all of the vans HE located, THAT THERE WERE NONE OF AND WERE NOT AVAILABLE two days earlier, that had the package we were looking for. He continued texting and calling with new vehicles, the entire week. Should he have not done this when I first inquired for a new van with a specific package, prior to the sale???? Does this dealership want a happy customer or a sale. The answer to that is obvious. I also emailed Keith Muir, 3 times after one phone call, about my issue, with absolutely no response. I am very unsettled, frustrated and unhappy with Star, the salesman and the purchase of the vehicle. It cost thousands of dollars, that we cannot very easily afford, to get the vehicle we wanted with the trade-in of the vehicle they sold us. We were basically forced to buy the next best van, unknowing that the best van existed, because Steve was not interested in what we wanted, only what he wanted. I am reaching out to others, about this terrible situation, so hopefully this will not happen to another trusting individual buying a new vehicle. Another update: The sales tax on our Contract is not correct and we were overcharged. I have emailed the general manager, and of course have not received a response. An absolutely horrible dealership that leaves you with a very bad taste. The consumer has very little recourse with new car purchases unless the dealership is reputable, honest and lives up to their motto of "Customer satisfaction". Rest assured, if they respond to this review, they will either say "They will do their best to help us" or it was a "misunderstanding". Well, It was far from a misunderstanding and Star hasn't even bothered to reach out to us at all, despite several calls from GM, and certainly haven't tried to help us. If they intended on doing so, I don't know what they are waiting for. More

He took some information from us and called back with some interesting possibilities. When we arrived at Star, I kept thinking, "I really hate all of this." Well, Brandon changed my mind. Relaxed but very knowledgeable, Brandon clearly knew his stuff. He presented us with the facts (which my husband loved), answered questions, made sure we were comfortable with every aspect of the deal, and made the experience pleasant and productive. Every other time we have purchased vehicles, I always felt like I needed a strong drink or an Excedrin!! We would highly recommend him to others. He took to the time to help me get my Bluetooth set up, went through some of the functions which I think he knew would have been a challenge for us -- and made it easy!!
