FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! I walked into the dealership with a car I found online that I liked. I showed the receptionist and she found me a sales rep. right away. Everyone we met there was incredibly nice and not pushy at all. Marcos was my sales rep. Marcos was extremely nice and kind. He was not pushy and he genuinely seemed to want to help us get the best deal while looking out for our finances as well. He got us a better interest rate than our own bank did for us. And as our sale went on past his shift (they closed at 7pm and we didn't get out until 8-ish), Marcos remained friendly and caring and smiled and laughed with us they whole time. Not once did he make us feel bad for keeping him nor did he act like we were an imposition. I am so thankful that my husband and I came to Star. I feel as though we got a great deal at a friendly dealership. I highly recommend Star and Marcos. Sean also helped us with our financing and insuring the vehicle, and he was also there late that evening with us. Sean was just as kind as Marcos. I also am loving my new (to me) 2013 Chevy Equinox. He was very upfront and gave us options without adding any pressure. We really liked how the took care of every detail. We left with driving away in our new Buick totally satisfied and very happy. Best car buying experience ever! Buying a vehicle never seems to be a fun experience. When my van died, I didn't look forward to shopping for another one. I was not treated nicely at the first delearship I went to. So I wasn't feeling too hopeful when I got to Star. And then I met Brandon! He is, by far, the best car salesman I've ever dealt with! He showed me the van that I had found online & was interested in. When I didn't end up liking it, he immediately found me another one. I loved it & ended up buying it. Brandon was a lot of fun & really worked with me to get a deal that I was happy with. I've already told my friends to go to him if they're looking to buy a car & I know I would go back to him in the future if I ever needed another vehicle. More
