It produced a humming sound when the car was moving. Eric took my concerns seriously and scheduled me for a service visit. I did not know I had a nail with a cap in my tire before my service visit. My tire sensor did not show low tire pressure. I have been a client since 2013 and have driven only Hyundai cars since then. The reason for my repeat business is your service department. So spot on and genuine. I feel my concerns are heard and validated when I bring my car I’m for service. More

We broke down a few miles outside of Abilene (we are from out of town). We were barely able to make it to a local mechanic shop in Clyde & he immediately knew our motor was bad when he turned on our Santa Fe out of town). We were barely able to make it to a local mechanic shop in Clyde & he immediately knew our motor was bad when he turned on our Santa Fe. He looked to see if it fell under the campaign (as we understood it-an "unofficial recall") to have a new engine put in for free. Sure enough, our VIN matched. He called a wrecker for us & we were towed to Star Hyundai, since the mechanic spoke to a technician there & told him about it (he scheduled us an appt). As soon as we arrive to the service dept, the service advisor who was there at the time rolled his eyes as soon as he saw us. He was visibly frustrated & not happy to be at work. We told him what was going on & he said it was news to him. So again, we told him the story & asked that we could get our car checked to get a new engine & hopefully get a loaner so we could continue our trek. He said, they may do that in the metroplex, but not here in our small dealership. We spoke to a technician standing there in the drive & he said, yeah we deal with campaigns all the time. The service advisor then said, he just changes oil - I've talked to him about telling customers things that aren't true. The wrecker guy then comes up & asks what's going on, so I tell him, then the service advisor raises his voice and starts arguing with me & saying I'm putting words in his mouth, when all I was doing was repeating exactly what he said. He then says, "I'm not servicing you or your car. Get off my lot." He then told the wrecker guy "Get their car off my property." He then said he would get his GM for us. It was at least 20 min later before his service manager came to speak with us. Long story short, we had our car towed back to our hometown (which was very pricy) & couldn't go on our trip because they wouldn't service us or let us get a loaner. I will NEVER take my car here again. Very unprofessional & they do not treat their customers with respect. More
