This is my second experience with this dealership, and Mr. Robinson it couldn't have been any better. I was returning my lease Sonata. My salesman Stephen Lee was great. He even gave me his personal cell so I could call him about questions anytime. The manager was also super friendly and communicated well with us and helped us find the best deal possible. I think the part I liked the most was that everyone was friendly, regardless if they were my assigned sales rep or not. However, a lot of things also went wrong. One, they got the wrong interior color for my new G70. Luckily, the "wrong" color was still very good looking so I just went ahead with it. Two, the day we went to pick up the car, it took us 4 hours just to get the license plate even though we scheduled 4 days beforehand. Three, the guy in the back that does the papers was very impolite and rushed us about the price even though it was he who had a misunderstanding about the price that me and the manager had agreed on. We almost lost out on $1,500 just because he wanted to rush us to sign the papers. More
