Service began to improve but back to square one we go. My appointment was at 1340. My car was on the street for over two hours and that’s after I asked for a status on my car. My husband and I just purchased a 2020 Santa Fe SEL from Star Hyundai and never in all our years of buying cars (which we have bought a few) have we been so impressed with a dealership! Simon spoke to us the first time we walked in and his knowledge of the different levels of Santa Fe vehicles was unbelievable. There was no pressure, no pushing, he was perfect in just offering we were very pleased with right off the bat! Philip was handed our file as Simon would be traveling for the week. Needless to say we went back the next day and Philip was so friendly, had been fully briefed by Simon as to who we were and knew exactly what we wanted. BUT there’s more!!! Mark went above and beyond in closing the sale! He took the time out in this heat to show us every detail of the ins and out of the smart car technology! He was patient, he maintained social distance and brilliant with all the features the car has. He didn’t miss a thing!
