I must say that working with sales manager Philip Robinson was the easiest and most pleasurable car buying experience ever. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and fair. After I drove the car, we agreed on a price, then also agreed on a price for my old trade-in. A few days later, when I took delivery of the car Philip put my old plates on the car, showed me how to control all the safety and convenience features and I drove off as a very satisfied customer.
