I've purchased a dozen cars from various dealers in the last 30 years or so and have experienced a wide range of personalities and sales tactics. I contacted Star Hyundai because they had the car I was looking for in stock. I must say that working with sales manager Philip Robinson was the easiest and most pleasurable car buying experience ever. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and fair. After I drove the car, we agreed on a price, then also agreed on a price for my old trade-in. A few days later, when I took delivery of the car Philip put my old plates on the car, showed me how to control all the safety and convenience features and I drove off as a very satisfied customer.
