I was very impressed with manager Philip Robinson. Although it was extremely busy the day that we went, we found him to be professional, knowlegable, unhurried and very personable. I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend Phil's services highly. In all of the cars I have purchased, I can say that he made the experience pleasurable. The person who did the paperwork was rude and unprofessional and didn't answer our questions satisfactorily. The dealership was very busy that day so perhaps he was tired.
