I was very impressed with manager Philip Robinson. Although it was extremely busy the day that we went, we found him to be professional, knowlegable, unhurried and very personable. The person who did the paperwork was rude and unprofessional and didn't answer our questions satisfactorily. The dealership was very busy that day so perhaps he was tired. One Year Check up The whole process of getting my NYS Inspection was great. However, I was disappointed to learn that the warranty did not cover a "slow tire leak" The whole process of getting my NYS Inspection was great. However, I was disappointed to learn that the warranty did not cover a "slow tire leak" and the replacement of that tire. These tires were the original tires sold with the car. They replaced the effected tire, that was no problem, but course I had to buy a new tire. Other than that service was great and staff was friendly. More

If possible instead of giving options on what you would like to have done, inform the owner that during this visit these are the things that need to be completed. More
