I was very impressed with manager Philip Robinson. Although it was extremely busy the day that we went, we found him to be professional, knowlegable, unhurried and very personable. He was refreshing honest and didn't seem to be trying to make a quick sale. He listened to my interests and provided appropriate feedback and suggestions. I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend Phil's services highly. In all of the cars I have purchased, I can say that he made the experience pleasurable. The person who did the paperwork was rude and unprofessional and didn't answer our questions satisfactorily. The dealership was very busy that day so perhaps he was tired. If not, he may benefit from customer service training. More

This service place wasn't bad. Since they remodeled the waiting room, their service seems to be a lot faster then before. I would like to come back if they reopen for Saturdays. One Year Check up The whole process of getting my NYS Inspection was great. However, I was disappointed to learn that the warranty did not cover a "slow tire leak" The whole process of getting my NYS Inspection was great. However, I was disappointed to learn that the warranty did not cover a "slow tire leak" and the replacement of that tire. These tires were the original tires sold with the car. They replaced the effected tire, that was no problem, but course I had to buy a new tire. Other than that service was great and staff was friendly. More

My Review I enjoyed my time spent at the Service station. I thought I was just getting an oil change and I had budgeted myself for that. If possible instead of giving options on what you would like to have done, inform the owner that during this visit these are the things that need to be completed. More
