Relieved to meet a GM and Salesman that actually listened After having one of the WORST experiences with a dealership, IN MY LIFE, at Hyundai LIC. I decided to return to where I purchased my first Hyundai, 6+ After having one of the WORST experiences with a dealership, IN MY LIFE, at Hyundai LIC. I decided to return to where I purchased my first Hyundai, 6+ years ago. Best decision ever. Lorenx and Philip treated me with respect, never pushed anything on me, continuously gave me options. I felt heard and catered to and in the end very happy with my decision to purchase my new 2020 Santa Fe at the price I wanted.
