Great Experience I had an 11:00AM Appointment and was taken in at exactly that time. I was directed inside where a young lady took some info. She was courteous and he I had an 11:00AM Appointment and was taken in at exactly that time. I was directed inside where a young lady took some info. She was courteous and helpful.. I had an oil change and state inspection done..The mechanics did the multi- point check of my car and replaced my wiper blades.. All done in less than an hour. Ed Thornton the manager was terrific.. He is knowledgeable and caring. Someone you can talk to.. My experience at this dealership and maintenance department has been simply terrific. I highly recommend them.. More

Lease of 2019 Tucson Value Pack 2nd time Star lessee. Treated well by Tom Tong. Disappointed in considerably higher vehicle cost, no offrer of a deal for repeat customer. Quick and friendly service I had an amazing experience from Mr. Kim. My tire got flattened so the spare tire was on from local tire store. I went to Star car service center t I had an amazing experience from Mr. Kim. My tire got flattened so the spare tire was on from local tire store. I went to Star car service center to change to a new tire. Mr Kim approached to me and helped me to get a new tire.
