Another great service experience at Star Hyundai! I was doing a routine oil change and inspection so I wasn't really expecting anything major to be done to my vehicle. What I did gre at Star Hyundai! What I did greatly appreciate about this experience over others is that my Service Advisor Kim was very helpful and made to sure advise me on the maintenance services I currently pay for and ways to take advantage of certain offerings and incentives. Just OK I was very disappointed with the interest rate I received from Zack. I have a credit rating of over 800, and I received a 5%+ interest rate. My previo I was very disappointed with the interest rate I received from Zack. I have a credit rating of over 800, and I received a 5%+ interest rate. My previous purchase from Star (2016 Genesis) I received 0%. Tommy the sales person was helpful, but it seemed like Zack was calling the shots on handling the sale. Zack was pleasant enough, but I would have rather received a fair interest rate. I think this is my last sale with Star. More
