BY FAR my best experience in a dealership! Well, I didn't go in today expecting to buy a new car but my mother needed a car and had been looking at some used car options. I was with her today Well, I didn't go in today expecting to buy a new car but my mother needed a car and had been looking at some used car options. I was with her today running other errands and when we drove by the dealership, I figured let me just go in and see what a new Accent or Elantra would run and if it would be feasible with her budget and my help. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Tae and explained my situation to him. He was completely understanding, personable and knowledgeable and I felt no pressure at all like I have felt in other car dealerships over the years. He and the finance guy Vayim found a way to make my numbers work. I left a deposit and continued on my errands so they can get the car ready and when I came back 3 hours later, my mother drove off the lot in her new Elantra AND there were no surprises - what we agreed upon before I left was what was on the contract! (Can you tell I'm a little jaded from past experiences?) I have bought and leased many different makes of cars over the years (Pontiac, Mercury, Acura, Honda, Mercedes, Volkswagon) and this was by FAR my best experience in a dealership! More

Spoke with Mark, told him what I was looking for a car for my son, my budget and that I had never bought a Hyundai before, (I had always purchased hondas, but the ratings for the Elantra, as well as the incentives and the amazing warranty, convinced me to give hyundai a try. ) Mark called when he said he would, with the info I needed and even came in on his day off to deliver the car. While there are hyundai dealerships closer to me (Merrick) it was definitely worth it to drive to Bayside. More

Excellent service They brought my car right in and then I met with Foster to discuss the problem with my car. One of the nicest people. I knew it would take about four hours so I went home. I live only 6 blocks away. I was called, by Foster, as soon as the work was completed. Foster explained everything and there was no charge due to an extended warranty. Hyundai should be proud to have Foster on their team. More
