Don't trust them. Stay away! They bate you in and hide info from you and try to force you to buy the extended warranty. They put on a show doing a phone call to each ot Stay away! They put on a show doing a phone call to each other that they have set up as a routine to try and make you believe all cars are unreliable and you NEED extended warranty. They give you a price then tell you if you want to buy it as certified pre owned you have to pay an extra $1500. Even though it is listed on their site as certified for a particular price. Or pay $4000 for the top of the line warranty. Their low fees LOOK great but the warranty is where they rip you off. Don't waste your time. Now I need to go through hoops to cancel the insurance. It's not worth the headache. If you go there anyway, think about what they tell you carefully. They'll be friendly, try to make you feel like they're the good guys, but think carefully. Just my warning. The two that I mostly dealt with was Andrew the used cars manager and Varim the warranty guy. They seem nice but don't trust them. More

3.5 hours for simple oil change and inspection I made an appointment for a standard oil change and a state inspection in advance and it took 3.5 hours for them to give my car back. I’ve been to other service centers that are much quicker than that. Other ppl coming in after me for similar services came and went and I was still there. Won’t be returning for service here. More

Air Conditioner Repair I went in for a routine maintenance. The mechanic mentioned the Air Conditioner controller needed to be fix. This is an issue that I knew but didn't t I went in for a routine maintenance. The mechanic mentioned the Air Conditioner controller needed to be fix. I was driving a Jeep for eight years and I was in the market for a new car. I decided to look at Hyundai because I heard that they had a great warranty and that the cars were a great value. Star Hyundai was almost an hour drive from my house but it was worth every minute. I received such high-quality service from knowledgeable, kind, and experienced sales reps. Tae was my sales rep and he was extremely kind, patient, honest, and knowledgeable about the cars that I was interested in. I called him almost every day (for two weeks) with questions about prices, availability, and features. Zack the manager was also extremely helpful, personable, and knowledgeable. This dealership is smaller than most and has a “mom and pop” feel to it. I did not feel pressured or rushed at all like I had felt at other dealerships. When I test drove the cars (Santa Fe and Tucson) Tae told me about every single feature. I’m so happy with my experience and my purchase (2019 Sante Fe). More
