My 2001 Niss Joe Kim was extremely helpful, supportive, responsive and professional every step of the way. I had not purchased a car in over 16 years. My 2001 Nissan Altima was unexpectedly rear-ended and totaled while I was stopped in traffic. It was a traumatic thing for me. I was really dreading having to go through the process of getting another car because of the cagey salesmen I dealt with sixteen years before. Joe's honesty, respect, extraordinary patience, and energetic, upbeat personality made the process so much easier. It took me quite a while to make my purchase decision and Joe would patiently answer all my questions and help me out even when I was totally undecided about how or where I would replace my car. The day of purchase happened to be Halloween and the hilarious costumes worn by staff and the photos taken added to the happy memories. I would also like to give a commendation to Zach Lintz, the sales manager, who was excellent in breaking down and explaining in understandable language some very confusing aspects of the financial aspects of the purchase.
