As a single woman, I experience many scenarios in which male salespeople will try to intimidate or push me into making a purchase I'm not completely comfortable with. I thoroughly dislike being pressured into making a big purchase decision. And whether the salesperson is doing so intentionally or subconsciously, I still get pushed around in a sales situations. It's not funny and it's not pleasant. So, I fully appreciated that my sales person, Paul Lu, was not in any way trying to pressure or intimidate me into making a purchase that I did not want to make. And this is the biggest reason why I decided to go with Star Hyundai as opposed to Potamkin Hyundai. Paul was easy going. He gave me clear, honest answers and information and then gave me the time and space for me to decide on my own. I used the TrueCar car buying service through my credit union and the estimated price I got online was the price that Paul gave me. All the information that he gave me was accurate and did not change. There were no surprise charges or additional information that was left out. He even gave me to time to check other dealerships in case I found a better price. I will definitely recommend Star Hyundai to friends and family. Thank you Paul and thank you Star Hyundai for making my car buying experience so stress-free and smooth. More
