When looking for a new car, you seek a sales consultant who is extremely knowledgeable, patient, friendly, professional, and for me personally above everything else, not pushy or makes you feel as though you're being sold-- Mark Stechel at Star Hyundai, epitomized those qualities. He took a great deal of time assisting us with our new lease. From the moment we stepped into Star Hyundai, it felt different than the other Hyundai dealers-- the entire staff was warm and welcoming. We ended up ordering a car that they didn't have in stock, yet, Mark and the team were able to locate it for us within a few days, and we had it the car within a week. When we picked up the car, Mark literally spent more than an hour with us in the vehicle, explaining every single feature--he is like a Hyundai encyclopedia. Only having the new car for a few days, Mark has continued to follow up ensuring our satisfaction. If you're looking for a new Hyundai, you would be remised not to visit Star Hyundai and ask for Mark! More

small but reliable dealership We came upon Star Hyundai on our way to some of the other dealerships further out on Northern Blvd. Star Hyundai does not have a large showroom or a l We came upon Star Hyundai on our way to some of the other dealerships further out on Northern Blvd. Star Hyundai does not have a large showroom or a lot as large as some others, but they made up for it with personal service. We were quickly made aware of incentives and the sales staff didn't put any pressure on us to buy/lease. Salesman Tommy Tong was straightforward and honest about our expectations and pricing. We ended up leasing a 2017 Tucson with more options than we could gotten with other makes, for a price that surprised us. The business managers and everyone at the dealership made the paperwork a breeze and we never felt pressured in any way. We got the car a month ago and have no regrets with it or Star Hyundai! More
