Wonderful Customer Service with Straightfoward Pricing Big thanks to Star Hyundai (specifically Seon Han, our sales representative and his sales manager Philip Robinson). My wife and I were shopping around Big thanks to Star Hyundai (specifically Seon Han, our sales representative and his sales manager Philip Robinson). My wife and I were shopping around for a new SUV and went to a few different dealerships on Northern Blvd. On this particular day, Star Hyundai's A/C was broken and it was pretty hot but their customer service was well worth the heat! We went in looking to test drive the Hyundai Santa Fe Sport and Seon had no hesitation in letting us go for an immediate test drive. I had driven it and came back to the dealership and my wife took it back out for a spin as well. Seon was very informative about the details and what each package included. Back at the dealership, we sat down and went to business. We traded numbers and Seon was very receptive even though i was low balling the price hard. We came to something that was reasonable for the both of us and that's when his sales manager Philip came to introduce himself to us. Prior to this, Seon and Philip were talking about the numbers I was giving them at the podium. I felt like i did justice on the amount that I was willing to pay for and felt that Star Hyundai met me and exceeded my expectations. We were given the final numbers and Philip signed off on it. I was upfront that my wife and I were looking at other brands and dealers but we thanked them for their time. They were not aggressive at all and that is something so commendable. They understood that we were buyers and we were looking for the best for our money. After said and done, going to other dealerships and dealing with their sales rep (they were absolutely terrible, Star Nissan (cough)) we came back to Star Hyundai and put a deposit down for the Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. Seon wasn't working the following day since we needed to gather the proper paperwork but he had no hesitation to come back in and help us finalize our purchase on his day off. We picked up our car the following day and Seon was there the entire way. If you are looking to buy a Hyundai, I would HIGHLY recommend dealing with Seon Han (thats not to take away from the other sales rep but my wife and I had such a pleasant experience with Seon) Thank you Seon, Philip and Star Hyundai. Our new car is absolutely beautiful! More
