AWFUL. Stay away 31 days out, still don't have license plates which were overnighted 5 days ago. Have no car to drive. At one point the dealer actually said the words "well do you have that in writing." What an unsettling thing to hear from someone after a negotiaton and signed contract. I've been hung up on and lied countless times since I got the car. I was also harassed into providing good reviews for Mark. Awful awful awful experience. Haven't been sleeping for almost 2 weeks because of this. Stay away. I regret getting a new car (a new car which was dirty). More

Is it too much trouble for dealership to review features of car? Ken couldn't be bothered to explain keyless ignition features. he synced bluetooth. but that was it. The clock was not set. Did not feel welcome I went here is look at a Tuscon. When I arrived I stood there for at least five minutes until I was even acknowledged by any one. Once I was assigne I went here is look at a Tuscon. When I arrived I stood there for at least five minutes until I was even acknowledged by any one. Once I was assigned a sales person I was taken over to a desk and right away given a price. I was not asked what I wanted in the car, which style I wanted or if I wanted to even test drive one. When I showed them the prices I was given from TrueCar.com they told me they could not match the price and would not even work with me. I walked out the door and never heard from them again. More
