A great purchase experience I love this dealership! They are so friendly and made me feel comfortable the entire time. They focused on my needs in a car and came up with a really great deal for me. They did not box me into a corner or push for an immediate answer as I experienced at Hyundai of Long Island City. And when I got my new car, Tom walked me through everything and only when he was satisfied that I had a handle on everything, did he finally let me leave. But not before asking me if I was happy with the car, which I am. When I called Tom to tell him he and I didn't realize the floor mats weren't in the car when I picked it up - it was dark out by the time I got the car and the paper foot guards were on the floor - he told me to come in and they would make good on it. I had already purchased them from the parts department in LIC, so when I told him, he said to still come in and they would make good on it. They have because they are giving me splash guards and wheel locks. I have spoken to Tom since getting my car and each time he asks if I have any questions and am I happy with the car. Definitely I would recommend Star Hyundai and definitely I intend to go back to them when I buy my next Hyundai. More

Agent was very dishonest I received a great promotion in the mail to trade in my 2013 elantra Limited edition/navi with 18,000 miles on it for a new car. Promo said they would I received a great promotion in the mail to trade in my 2013 elantra Limited edition/navi with 18,000 miles on it for a new car. Promo said they would honor kelley blue book value of my car plus give me 20% above book value toward my new car. The agent i dealt with claimed that he was able to get me a "great" deal for a 2016 Tuscon lease basic model but then presented me with a crazy price of $470/month. This is well over $150/month more then what i should be paying for this type of lease. (Lease was advertised as $249/month) I have a near perfect 804 credit score and i was a returning "valued" customer and this dealer attempted to pull this scam on me. Extremely dishonest. I advise you to go else where. Goodluck. More
