Ed & Jessica were a pleasure to work with. They were responsive when I initially called regarding my vehicle being towed to their service department after Koeppel Hyundai "refused" to accept m They were responsive when I initially called regarding my vehicle being towed to their service department after Koeppel Hyundai "refused" to accept my vehicle and suggested that I find another dealership. After originally diagnosing 2 bad fuel injectors and then ultimately that I needed a new engine, they were responsive and timely when it came time to set up my pick-up and drop-off for my loaner vehicle in my almost 2 1/2 week ordeal which ended this past Tuesday.
