Would have given a 5; however, I feel something is wrong with the car after it was serviced. Took it back because the it wasn’t driving as usually does and the oil temp remain high and the cooling fan rema with the car after it was serviced. Took it back because the it wasn’t driving as usually does and the oil temp remain high and the cooling fan remains on constantly when the Air Conditioner is on. The service claims there is nothing wrong with the car because no codes came up, but I know how my car performs. This never happened prior to the service done. Now I know I am giving but I am sure nothing will be done to rectify the issue. More

I left my suv for ten days for water dropping from the sun roof when raining. When I picked up the vehicle, inside of the car was totally wet because they kept it outside. I visited for two recall issues, an engine oil change,and an inspection. The advisor in charge of my work was Jason H Watkins, not Jessica Santana. His attitude was very informal, and due to his irresponsible and negligent handling of work and mistakes, I had to wait on site for more than 4 hours. Moreover, no apology or explanation was given. In the end, I couldn't do the inspection and came home. I never want to see an employee like that again! More
