Service was horrible! Especially the general manager, I for got the guy’s name . He was terrible at his job. Everyone was weird except Jessica the other manager. They even made a scratch on my dash board and didn’t even say sorry. I think it’s important that you have to be careful while you fix the car no matter how expensive or how cheap is the car price. One of the mechanic said my car is cheaper one so why do you so care about the car? I think that was very absurd for him to say to who bought the cheaper(Hyundai Kona) car. More

Jessica the service advisor was fantastic and went above and beyond to provide the best customer service she could. Should be commended. I was coming from out of town from another dealership and I had a b and beyond to provide the best customer service she could. Should be commended. I didn't work with or speak with Jessica (as far as I know). The only service I needed was the installation of the mud guards that were ordered as part of the original purchase. The Salesman Raza and Manager Phil were incredibly nice, especially since I had mistakenly thought that they had not given me the back tray. I was looking for the plastic mat for the hatch space. The carpeted side was showing and it blended so well into cover for the spare tire that I thought it was missing. I was pretty unpleasant about it. They kept their cool and I am truly sorry for that incident. If I were going o purchase another car I would definitely go back here for another one. I love my new Kona. More
