I had both headlights on my vehicle replaced last year November 2022. This morning when I drove to work, one of the headlights was low. I called Hyundai to ask what’s going on and shouldn’t the headlights November 2022. This morning when I drove to work, one of the headlights was low. I called Hyundai to ask what’s going on and shouldn’t the headlights last for more than a year? I was told that because the car mileage is over $12,000 I would have to pay to get the headlights changed. Y’all a bunch of thieving xxxxx of there!!!!! More
I took my car to the service department on Pigeon Meadow Road on a Friday morning for scheduled work. My service contact, Jessica Santana, was very professional, to the point and as always a pleasure to work with. She does her best to keep the customer informed and the price is never more than she quoted prior to completion of the work. More
Had a 3pm appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and state inspection. I wasn’t out of there until 5:30pm. Beyond unacceptable how long it took. This review is for the Star Hyundai service center, not for the dealership. Service center is appallingly small and dirty. Only 8 seats in waiting area, which was overflowing with customers who had to stan for the dealership. Service center is appallingly small and dirty. Only 8 seats in waiting area, which was overflowing with customers who had to stand outside in the rain and wait. One bathroom and toilet for everyone. Rosie at the front desk is nasty, obnoxious, and rude, and should be fired. Air quality in waiting room is very bad: the stench of fumes is overwhelming. Had 11 AM appointment for minor, routine service. They didn't start work on my car until after 2 PM. They book too many customers at once. No employee gave any updates. I had to seek out workers and ask for information. Getting any information from them was like pulling teeth. More
