To start with why my review is bad, it takes a while to get an appointment. Then once there, it takes an eternity to get vehicle serviced. And just to be clear, this is not the 1 or 2 or I'm pretty sure get an appointment. Then once there, it takes an eternity to get vehicle serviced. And just to be clear, this is not the 1 or 2 or I'm pretty sure the last time for an extremely long wait time. On this particular occasion, I brought my car in for: oil change, inspection, brake check up and a hitch recall ( my car doesn't have a hitch but it still needed documentation with pictures). Had an appointment time of 12noon, didn't leave service dept till 535pm. Had it not been for the recall, I could have gone ANYWHERE ELSE to get the other items fixed. Either they need to give out less appointments on the same day, or they need to hire more mechanics. Also management and mechanics need to be more respectful of female drivers. In December my car completely stalled. Matt and a couple of the mechanics questioned me like I was some novice to car use. They asked if I drove thru tons of water...like why would I purposely destroy my car? And then they said I was using inferior gas, that's when I showed them tons of gas receipts for PLUS ( higher octane gas). Turned out, it was a malfunction with the throttle. But did they apologize? Absolutely not, why would a misogynist do that? So condescending! More
