You have nothing to lose much to gain. Just picked up my second G70 in a row. From a Basic 2020 to a 2023 sport prestige. The reasons for going back are because they are loyal, honest and straightforward. They won't play games, waste your time or try and trick you into a higher payment when it's time to sign. They will inform you up front what the steps are and if you are honest and legit with what you tell them(income, credit rating, etc) they will honor whatever deal you have negotiated PERIOD. And the vehicles are absolutely extraordinary. Whatever vehicle you choose you will get the equivalent of a competitors vehicle priced 8,000-10,000 more and in my opinion better quality. I had my 2020 for about 38 months and only thing i did was change oil 3 times which is covered by the dealer for 3 years. Plus they have complimentary valet. So they pick up the vehicle and then drop it off back your house if you choose. More
Took my vehicle in for oil change and blurry image issue with backup camera. Service Manager Heidi claimed that there was no problem with the camera despite the blurry image. I was a loyal customer to this Service Department for 3 years. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. More
