Jessica Santana's professionalism and customer service were outstanding. I brought the car in for a recall which I was going to wait for 9:40 AM. Jessica notified me that the job was going take 5 to 6 h were outstanding. I brought the car in for a recall which I was going to wait for 9:40 AM. Jessica notified me that the job was going take 5 to 6 hours to complete. It was the first night of Passover for me and I said that we should cancel the fix and I will reschedule the fix. She suggested that I leave the car overnight and would give me a lift home. Two problems were solved for me. Getting the car fixed and not having to pick it up that night.
