Jessica Santana's professionalism and customer service were outstanding. I brought the car in for a recall which I was going to wait for 9:40 AM. Jessica notified me that the job was going take 5 to 6 hours to complete. It was the first night of Passover for me and I said that we should cancel the fix and I will reschedule the fix. She suggested that I leave the car overnight and would give me a lift home. Two problems were solved for me. Getting the car fixed and not having to pick it up that night. Driver side seat had to go back and forth to get repaired way too many times. For some reason they refuse to order a new seat and try repairing the same seat three times which failed until there were forced way too many times. For some reason they refuse to order a new seat and try repairing the same seat three times which failed until there were forced to order a new seat but only order the back part of the seat, not the whole seat assembly. Sunroof and dome light assembly was ordered back order. A new assembly was installed and was defected when I went back and had them replace it with another new model. It happened to be the wrong assembly for the wrong vehicle. However, at this point I will take my c losses and just deal with it because I would rather have something that works even though it is not the right type for my vehicle. More
