This was an terrible experience. I left work early to have a seatbelt recall and 1st oil change completed. When i arrived I was told the recall needed 4-5 hours and I had to leave my I left work early to have a seatbelt recall and 1st oil change completed. When i arrived I was told the recall needed 4-5 hours and I had to leave my car but no loaner. I should have been told this prior to arrival. I did not have the recall done. Then I was told it will be a 3-4 hour wait for oil change. I waited an hour and I left. The waiting room is cold and the seats are uncomfortable. This is the worst experience that I have had with any Hyundai service center. I have owned Hyundai’s for many years. I will never, ever return to Star Hyundai!!! More

This dealer's service department is the worst I have ever experienced in over 40 years. They rarely returned phone calls, or kept me up to date, and held my car for weeks and weeks. Claimed the issue was fix experienced in over 40 years. They rarely returned phone calls, or kept me up to date, and held my car for weeks and weeks. Claimed the issue was fixed multiple times. When they returned the car and the issue was still present. The last time they returned the car to me, it was missing parts and the structural issue was still present. Finally, after more than 7 weeks, Genesis Corp had the car moved to another dealer. I will also add that they park cars on public streets and I received 2 tickets ... they did pay for them. My biggest concern about that is why would a dealer park people's cars on the street and what happens if it is damaged or stolen? Is the customer responsible for that? On top of all that, when the second dealer returned my car after it was fixed, the front end was damaged. That happened at Star Hyundai ... and they never informed me. More
I brought the car in for an oil change, recall issue and an inspection. The first two were taken care of and I had to leave the car for 2 extra days for the inspection.
