This is the worst service department in my thirty years of experience and interaction with a service department. Purchasing is OK...but servicing is terrible. Prices are too high on labor and parts and offer no discounts/coupons. Wait time is a bit long. No refreshments in the waiting area. This was an terrible experience. I left work early to have a seatbelt recall and 1st oil change completed. When i arrived I was told the recall needed 4-5 hours and I had to leave my I left work early to have a seatbelt recall and 1st oil change completed. When i arrived I was told the recall needed 4-5 hours and I had to leave my car but no loaner. I should have been told this prior to arrival. I did not have the recall done. Then I was told it will be a 3-4 hour wait for oil change. I waited an hour and I left. The waiting room is cold and the seats are uncomfortable. This is the worst experience that I have had with any Hyundai service center. I have owned Hyundai’s for many years. I will never, ever return to Star Hyundai!!! More
