This dealer's service department is the worst I have ever experienced in over 40 years. They rarely returned phone calls, or kept me up to date, and held my car for weeks and weeks. When they returned the car and the issue was still present. The last time they returned the car to me, it was missing parts and the structural issue was still present. Finally, after more than 7 weeks, Genesis Corp had the car moved to another dealer. I will also add that they park cars on public streets and I received 2 tickets ... they did pay for them. My biggest concern about that is why would a dealer park people's cars on the street and what happens if it is damaged or stolen? Is the customer responsible for that? On top of all that, when the second dealer returned my car after it was fixed, the front end was damaged. That happened at Star Hyundai ... and they never informed me. More
I brought the car in for an oil change, recall issue and an inspection. The first two were taken care of and I had to leave the car for 2 extra days for the inspection. In the over six years I've had the vehicle, I've never had Blue Link. I called the number and spoke with the gentleman for about 20 minutes. He tried everything he knew, as well as researching the problem but could not find a solution. Neither could the service technicians. I hope to receive a call from someone at Hyundai who actually can fix this problem. More
