I went to the dealership to service an unusual sound coming from my front wheel and ended up fixing something else that cost me over $1200.00. I think that the service could have been prevented by obser coming from my front wheel and ended up fixing something else that cost me over $1200.00. I think that the service could have been prevented by observation during my regular service visits. The dealership supposedly gives overall checks and did not see that the coolant container was cracked thus, causing an expensive replacement, draining and refilling of the system on a relatively new 35000-mile car. PS: I am still awaiting the sound coming from my wheel to be fixed. More

I brought the car in at 1:30 and was told the car would be ready by close. Luckily I called at 4:30 before I spent $20 each way on Uber because my car was not ready and no one called to tell me they needed be ready by close. Luckily I called at 4:30 before I spent $20 each way on Uber because my car was not ready and no one called to tell me they needed to keep the car overnight. I don't care about the extra time, but if you tell someone to return by 5 you should let them know before 4:30 that the car would not be ready. Otherwise everything was fine. More
Very unprofessional on scheduling appointment. It took me back and forward 4 times to finish a simple repair, almost one month from the day one I called in for the appointment. I came in last week with a bad battery and after calling 12-15 places, they had it here! I travel as a home-care provider and needed to get back to work however I didn’t have an appointment and was told to 12-15 places, they had it here! I travel as a home-care provider and needed to get back to work however I didn’t have an appointment and was told to come in expecting 2-3 hour wait because they had one battery left!!!. I was also told not to turn my car off or it would die so I was a wreck traveling from Harlem to Queens! I walked into this dealership with my Hyundai Venue for the first time noticeably “stressed out” that no one has this battery as it is out of stock or very difficult to find as I was in Manhattan at the time. Matthew Nattier, the General Manager actually put the battery in himself and I was in and out within a half hour. I offered money however he refused to take it and my car was under warranty. I was shocked at how accommodating and kind he was. I was mistreated that day in another car service place that could not help me so I was beyond grateful to him! I can’t thank him enough at how amazing he was!!! More
