We had a major issue with the car engine, due to a manufacturing fault. Since we depend on our car for pretty much daily life, having it out of service was a serious problem. Jessica and her assistant Matthew went above and beyond to ensure we could continue with minimal inconvenience. Given that our financial situation does not allow us for a purchase or lease of a new vehicle, the fact that they managed to arrange the required parts was help on a level we cannot ever properly express our gratitude for. Jessica's and Matthew's professionalism and care that went beyond simple customer relationships ensured we will always recommend your place whenever the subject arises. Besides the Manager Matthew being a joke and doing nothing to oversee staff. This location is atrocious to get any type of vehicle work done. Absolutely atrocious service. Went 3 times, wait 1 hr each time to be told my part was not in when i was told at each visit "2 weeks" . I waited a long time both to pick up and drop off my car, even though the person I needed to talk to clearly wasn't busy, and the staff there were rude and unhelpful. I don't know how much longer I would have had to wait if I didn't ask what was going on. When I did ask, I was told by the advisor that it was ready. As he went to LOOK FOR MY CAR, I noticed it was still on the lift. I've been going to this service center for the six years I've owned the car and it has progressively gotten worse. Love my Hyundai but service is making me think long and hard about purchasing another. Jessica is always friendly, but I did not have the pleasure of working with her this time. More
