I complained about a front left wheel (bearing hub) grinding feel. Service writer Matthew wouldn't listen and kept saying the brake service would fix it. $1200 later I still have the grinding feel and grinding feel. The place is so disorganized and unprofessional. I waited 18 days for an appointment. They park customer cars on the street 3 blocks away. Went to pick up the car and there was a mix up with my wheel lock key (for the second time this year). As others have posted, this place will do anything to get out of doing warranty work. They lost another customer, I will not go back to Star Hyundai. More

I honestly had a great experience the first time I was here, which is why I went back, but it was the total opposite this time around. There was a line out the front garage door and no parking, so I waite here, which is why I went back, but it was the total opposite this time around. There was a line out the front garage door and no parking, so I waited for 25 minutes past my appointment time just to sit in the road and get honked at. Then, once I finally did get in, the manager checked me in and let me know it would be a three hour wait (it ended up being three and a half). When I asked him why so long for an oil change as compared with my last visit, he said it's because he's a much better business man than the previous manager, and he's really good at bringing business in. I didn't see what that had to do with me. Overall, I would say they're very disorganized, messy, and apathetic. More
I had a 9:00 appointment and my car was not touched until 11:30 the time I was told it would be finished. Scheduling the work is lax. Set up a scheduling board of jobs. I’ve call multiple times and left multiple messages, and I’ll still awaiting for your representative to return my call (today is thur 07/28) - to discuss what was done initially and why haven’t the problem been resolve, and what’s the next step. It’s a brand new car and I’m so disappointing in the Genesis Brand that I have to bring it in the shop after 2mths of purchase for a malfunction warning light on the dashbaord. I even more disappointed in the service from your shop - can you please have a service manager return my call. More

Arrived 10 min before my scheduled appointment and waited 40 minutes to speak to an advisor. I had to call to find the status of my car.
