Dropped my car off at 10:30am. Did not get a call for the car until 5:17pm when the dealership closes at 5:30pm. And this is after I called twice starting at 4pm. I don’t understand why an oil change would take 7 hours especially when I was promised that I would be called in a few hours. Few means 2-3, not 7. More

Where should I begin? Every possible problem was encountered by me during 2 visits. I had problems with warning lights. My friend with the identical problem had it attended to I was told to download software and install it.there was (and is) an annoying rattle coming from the back seat. I was told the tech could not duplicate this problem. Second visit: this was for a factory recall.the parts were not in stock. I received a call asking me to schedule a return visit. I never got a confirmation for that visit.I called again. I was told to come in the next day. My car would allegedly be finished in one hour. Four hours later I was still waiting. This is only an overview of wjhat I experienced.if you want to hear the rest, I’ll write in a future post. More

They need to work on their communication. I understand they’re busy but I kept having to hunt people down to find out when my car would be ready.
