Ed Thornton, the service manager was helpful and friendly. He took care of my car needs even though I did not have a scheduled appointment. I would have given a 5 star rating if not for the $110 ticket on my car where it was parked in a bike lane while I was paying for my service. Brought my car in for a recall. Waited a month for the appointment. Was told it would take 2 hours. After waiting 2 hours I asked where my car was and was told that it would take another hour and they wo appointment. Was told it would take 2 hours. After waiting 2 hours I asked where my car was and was told that it would take another hour and they would start on it. 2 hours waiting and they had not even touched the car. In fact they then first brought in from the street where they parked it at a bus stop for 2 hours. If I didn’t ask it would still be waiting. Will I get a ticket for being parked at a bus stop. My car was also covered with pigeon droppings since they are located on Pidgeon Meadow Road. I wouldn’t buy a car from them or use there service under any circumstances. Beware. You were warned. In addition those you come in contact with do not wear masks even though there is a sign stating all employees and guests must be masked. More
