I made an appointment with the service shop for a simple complementary oil change. While the cost of the service was defrayed, I paid in my time. What would normally be a 20-30 minute task took about 3 hour complementary oil change. While the cost of the service was defrayed, I paid in my time. I would not bother using this service again as I do not have all day for something so small, routine, and normally quick. More

I have been going for the service of my Santa fe at this facility for over a year. My statement is not for just this facility it's for all the dealerships.
