The BSD fault indicator was on. They reset it and changed the oil. The BSD fault light is back on and do is the check engine light. I'm bringing the car back in on Monday. This was my first time at this particular service station. I have been a Hyundai owner for over 20 years now and my experience was quite positive. I was serviced at the time of my appointment. I was not sold on other services nor pushed on to unneeded or extra repairs. All my needs were meet in a timely fashion, other Hyundai service station should take not of Star Hyundai and their practices. I hope that this level of service will continue on my second and subsequent visits. So far I recommend Star Hyundai they are quite efficient. More

Went for my 7500 miles service and it took 2 HOURS! 2 hours for just an oil change and tire rotation. The guy told me it will take less than 1 hour but nope. This is always my second time going here firs hours for just an oil change and tire rotation. The guy told me it will take less than 1 hour but nope. This is always my second time going here first time I was there for over 4 hours. Also I had 2 snack bars in my cup holders when I got my car back from service I was missing one. People working on the car should take anything that’s not theirs. Lastly when I got my car I was told free service for 36 months but when I went in for my first I was informed that it’s not actually free only certain ones. More
