I am satified with the work so far, but customer service it is not what I expect as a loyal customer ( this is my third Hyundai). Let me explain, when I call for service the response was excellent and I hav it is not what I expect as a loyal customer ( this is my third Hyundai). Let me explain, when I call for service the response was excellent and I have my car towed in about 20 minutes. Service provided called me to get some information about my car (Thursday). Friday midday I have to call to inquire a out my car. I was told that my car had not being revised yet. I ask about a loaner for the weekend because I had a short trip planned already. The mechanic told me that he could not provide it because he didn’t know if the warranty would covered it. I explain that my car is a lease, the car is a 2018 model woth less than 30,000 miles on it, (no accidents or else) therefore, the warranty should cover. He told me he will speak to supervisor. Supervisor called and texted at 5:45pm with an offer of a rental. Rentals for the weekend were over booked. I had to cancel me weekend! Then, when I went to pick it up, I have to go and look for my car that was parked “on the light, to the right.” Tje least I expected was the car to be brought back to me and show me that was running well. Maybe I am expecting too much?!?!? More
My car had a persistent problem that resulted in bringing the vehicle back to the service center for two consecutive days. Kim was patient and professional as he was trying to figure out the problem.
