Service for Vehicle Recall Brought my car in on a Tuesday morning for repair of my trunk lift gate mechanism after Mazda put it out for recall. Check in was super easy. I was qu Brought my car in on a Tuesday morning for repair of my trunk lift gate mechanism after Mazda put it out for recall. Check in was super easy. I was quoted 1 hour 30 minutes for my car to be done, complete with car wash. It ended up taking about 15-20 minutes longer, which was fine as I wasn't in a rush. Roger saw me waiting and knew that my car was supposed to be finished; he checked in a couple times with me in that 15-20 minute time span letting me know where my car was at in the car wash process (apparently lots of people's cars were dirty that day). All in all, it was a pleasant first time experience. More
