Knowing almost a week in advance the time that I would be arriving to puchase a used auto for cash and having arrived at the time anticipated, I sat in the lobby for over two hours waiting for the finance g arriving to puchase a used auto for cash and having arrived at the time anticipated, I sat in the lobby for over two hours waiting for the finance guy to do 10 minutes of work to take my check and credit card and sign the forms. That sure left a bad taste in my mouth. There was zero respect for my time. Justin was great. The wait for the finance was horrible. The message was that your time was more valuable than my time. More
