I had scheduled service due (tire rotation and oil filter change) and made an online appointment with the 172nd St, service center. I was greeted right away. A+ customer service. My advisor Abel B. was courteous, friendly and informed me of a recall notice on my car, assuring me it would be checked and taken care of if necessary. The waiting lounge was very clean, comfortable and there was hot coffee available while I waited! My car was taken care of and returned to me as clean as I brought it in. The best part was I feel I received great service and it was not crazy expensive! I will go back for future service. More
