They are the nicest people to deal with. I once lost hundreds of dollars worth of gift cards held together by a rubber band during my move from one apt to another. I went in December to have my vehicle service (oil change) but for some reason that was never done. I was there again in 08/01 and I asked the rep when was the date of my last oil change and he told m change) but for some reason that was never done. I told no that I was there last December For an oil change, he said no that I was there fir my tires. However I was there specifically for an oil change and ask the rep to also check to see if I need new tires. This is not acceptable and I’m very upset that I was diving my vehicle for over a year with no maintenance service. Also when I reviewed my maintenance receipt my email address was changed without my knowledge. Totally different email address. My other concern was that I called ahead of time to see if I need an appointment due to the COVID and was no, however when I went there on Saturday there was no waiting area available, I went there by myself and had to stand outside for over an hour until my vehicle was ready. I can all the way from Nassau county and it was impossible for me to get a ride back to my home. There should at least be an area for people to wait if needed but with some sense of social distancing. Service was great a few years back but now it’s going downhill. More
